Early on, he learned the value of hard work through demanding hands-on labor, including hand digging for push piers, working in crawlspaces installing SmartJacks, and installing encapsulation systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through years in waterproofing and foundation repair, Carlos gained experience with drainage and sump pump systems, including WaterGuard systems designed to redirect groundwater into sump pits. This background helped him develop troubleshooting skills and  understanding of residential water management systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2018, Carlos transitioned into plumbing by joining a plumbing apprenticeship, where he continued building hands-on experience in residential service plumbing.
